I’m Erin, a 24-year-old student whose studies in applied mathematics have taken her to many different and beautiful places, some of which inspire me to cook. I decided to use this space to document those cooking adventures, which are currently taking place in the small apartment kitchen I share with my boyfriend, Carlos, in Worcester, Massachusetts, USA.
